Booked one night stay at very short notice due to other local booked accommodation/apartment not providing the same accommodation as booked a few months prior. On arrival the two male reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and of good size, bed and pillow was wonderfully comfortable and for a one night stopover on a motorbike tour I woke feeling refreshed and ready to continue my journey. Breakfast was more than enough choice with excellent coffee and attentive staff willing to meet your needs. The local area has bars and a supermarket within five minutes walk and the local area square with a cafe offering icecream where the local residents come together in the evening.

Great place to stay, very comfy. Bed’s are hard but in a Nice way. They make you sleep like a baby. Hosts are Nice and sociable, they do all to give you a pleasant stay. We arrived very late, kitchen was already closed but they still offered us to Made us a dinner. Rooms are very big and have everything you need and even more. It is not noisy, it is in a very quiet place. Perfect if you want to be in between Rome and Napoli.

An absolutely incredible host! He picked us up from the airport at 3 a.m., even though we hadn’t arranged a transfer — he truly saved us. The house is beautiful, with a very picturesque and well-kept territory. We especially liked the covered parking, the availability of hot water, and the comfortable beds with orthopedic pillows. There are towels both for the bathroom and the pool. Breakfast is simply amazing — the croissants are incredible! The pool is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. We loved everything about our stay! The only small things to note were that the toilet didn’t have a seat and the bathtub had a bit of a leak. But overall, it didn’t affect our experience — we had a wonderful time!

We have stayed here many times now and without exception have always found the staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms always clean and very comfortable. The hotel is next to the motorway, but we have never been disturbed by this. The restaurant deserves a visit for the quality and value of the food on offer and the helpful waiting team. We would not hesitate to recommend it.

This region of Lazio has been hit hard in WWII. So if you are looking for medieval towns, keep looking. But it is a great place to use as a base to travel to Rome or Naples. It´s close to Montecassino and the abbey, which is a must see when you are in the area. Or visit Reggia Caserta. There is a trainstation nearby in Cassino with great links to Rome or Naples.

The staff were really friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a decent choice. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family nearby, but it would also be good for people visiting Monte Cassino as it is only a 10 minute car ride away.

The Kairos Hotel was so peaceful while we were there, though that may be because it was just out of season. It was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful although we were not able to speak Italian.
