The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

Wonderful stay in a very nice area. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent and based on local produce. The location was perfect for us on-route between Pisa Airport and Abruzzo and we will most probably stay here again.

Well-equipped, clean, spacious, and ascetically furnished, it allows you to fully experience the carefree Italian lifestyle... la dolce vita. The pool is a huge plus in the summer, and since it's an Agritourism resort, it's not occupied by many guests... clean and with perfect view. In addition, the always helpful and present hostess, who tirelessly ensures the cleanliness and comfort of guests every day.     A truly exceptional boutique hotel set on a hilltop in Umbria. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, always warm and welcoming. The hotel and gardens are amazing and beautifully maintained, creating a stunning setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cozy bed and an indulgent shower with the best water flow we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The breathtaking views make this a perfect place to relax, breathe in the fresh air, and unwind. A wonderful spot to enjoy great food and wine while exploring Umbria!

    Everything, starting with the location and very comfortable rooms. But also the quiet surroundings. A great place to disconnect and enjoy your holiday. Breakfast was very good and do not forget to use the in house restaurant for dinner! And last but not least: the staff. Very friendly, always ready to help. Especially Ion, thank you for taking such good care of us. We can highly recommend this hotel!

    Borghi dell'Eremo was absolutely fantastic. Incredible property - feels like a magical oasis. Quiet, calming, peaceful - the perfect end to an Italy trip. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The grounds are beautiful - a buzzing ecosystem with flowers, birds, bees... gorgeous rooms, great views, amazing pool, nice spa.
