It is located in a quiet town with sufficient support. The place is also near to many locations of attractions west to Florence. The apartment is spacious for a couple. The parking (off-street communal area) is very near the apartment. The host is friendly and trying their best to help us.

Location was perfect. Perfect if you want to visit nearby cities like Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno. Montecatini Terme were surprisingly nice with a lot of nice Italian restaurants. Garden of the house was amazing, such a nice place to have drink or grill. Loads of flowers. Breakfast also was great, owner asked us if we want something special and she provided us with what we want.

This place is a true oasis of relaxation in a stunning setting. The attention to detail and respect for the original structure make it blend perfectly with its surroundings. The cleanliness, care, and focus on guest needs, all delivered by the kind and professional staff, make it truly special. Chef Igor impressed us with his flavorful dishes made from simple, refined ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from the property’s garden. It was very comfortable family room, two separate rooms with bathrooms, good beds and side door, rooms were spacious and with good air conditioner, as we travelled with 18-years daughter. We had a balcony too.

Appartments very clean and cozy, host is perfect, always ready to help and make your rest better, honestly it was amazing. We had everything what we need. Nice and calm place, you are easily can move whatever you want on the trains, Lucca, Florence, Bologna, Rome. Not so far from Pieve a Nievole located small touristic town Montecatini-Terme with train station, and on the big hill his old brother Montecatini-Alto, quite nice cities.
