Great rooms, clean, awesome staff (Marco) and bang on the main shopping street. Arena and other monuments are right there. Juliet balcony (fictional) is just a 2 mins walk. Breakfast was awesome too.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, which makes the stay more than wonderful. Many hotels should take an example of their attitude towards customers. The room was very clean.
