The place was quiet and comfy as expected. The host was really kind and welcoming, she explained us everything which were needed for us during our trip. Some coffee was provided gracefully, which was unexpected ! The space is clearly sufficient and well managed. The air conditionner placed in the bedroom is quiet, even when working. Perfect to stay at the right temperature during hot nights. The bathroom is big enough to keep dedicated stuff into the place without any problem. It is also very functionnal, even if the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to manage into the shower. The kitchen is totally functionnal, with several furnitures and all the kitchen ustensils you need. The best location we had during our trip in Sardina, by far.

Everything was great. For the staff, we always talked to a woman who seemed to be the owner, but she was very kind and looked for pleasesing. The location is great. Olbia may not be that famous as city, but I really loved all the restaurants around the hotel, in a cute city. The parking lot is right one block from it, which is also great. The room was very confortable too, so I have only good things to talk about this place

The location was perfect. Breakfast was great, served by lovely friendly staff. Parking was available. The bed was comfortable everything was spotlessly clean. The reception staff are so welcoming and kind. They go out of their way to help. They gave us so many fantastic recommendations.

The property is so peaceful and stunning, surrounded by hills, olive groves, and vineyards and with a view through to the ocean. The sunsets and sunrises there are absolutely incredible. The property was immaculately clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The veranda where you eat breakfast with the amazing views is one of the most relaxing places on earth. Above all, Francesca is a beautiful and wonderful person and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us during our stay. She was always reachable and always so friendly and approachable. We would love to come back as soon as we can.

I liked the location and how the structure is organised, it is located a stone's throw from the sea and the hotel has the necessary comforts to be able to end the day on site even after checking out, however I was dissatisfied with the completely non-existent room service, not even a bottle of water and the wi-fi network was completely absent

Three days were enough for us there; any longer would...

Three days were enough for us there; any longer would probably have been boring. But we enjoyed the pool at the beginning of our island stay. For the next two weeks, we "only" had the sea ;-)

Location: It was in a very beautiful garden in the middle of nowhere and the beach of the hotel was the worst we saw all over Sardinia. The worst thing was that they charged an umbrella set for 35 Euro for the residents of the hotel!!! Breakfast: It had a variety of sweets and cereals, but a few salty things. At 9.15 cheese, juice and bread had finished and we had to wait to be reloaded.
