Thank you Ornella and Sergio for a delightful stay! Super friendly hosts who are so helpful and easy to communicate with and always available for advice. The flat is perfectly located in the hills with stunning views. So peaceful to be out of the city but easy enough to get around and back into the centre. There is a bbq with coal provided and they left us pasta and tomato sauce in the apartment which was useful as we arrived late! The pool is positioned with the view of the hills which was stunning! Such a lovely stay we definitely hope to come back. Thank you again

The elevated location means that the views are superb and there is a shared terrace where you can sit and enjoy it. Luckily I was there when it was fine weather and not busy, so I was able to sit where I wanted on the terrace. My room was located at the side of the building with no view of anything at all. There is free on-site parking but be aware there is a steep walk from the car park to the building and it is not easy to turn the car around. If you want a restaurant you will have to drive. I can recommend Ristorante Claudia.

The breakfast was simple yet delicious, room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. They were very helpful with my requests and the hotel was very close to all of the shops, but far enough away from sounds. I loved staying a quieter town. The uphill climb with a suitcase wasn't too bad either.

Antonella is super nice and helpful. She indicated to us how to get to the Cinque Terre train and towns. The location of the hotel is great because the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it drives you right to Manarola, the first of the Cinque Terre towns, in minutes. There you can enjoy the town and take the train to visit all the other little towns. The breakfast was super! They have fruits, eggs, pastries, yogurt, and many other options. Of course, with delicious coffee! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back to Il Saraceno when back to visit Cinque Terre.

The views from our accommodation was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the distance from the town centre it was an excellent place. The shuttle service to the town centre is great Vale for money.

The view from our room. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Although breakfast wasn't provided there was a cafe a few minutes walk away that was excellent. Martha the owner was lovely and so helpful, she should be very proud of her beautiful accommodation.

Village in the countryside up on a hill.

Village in the countryside up on a hill. Suitable base for exploring the nearby located Cinque Terre National Park as well as Porto Venere and Levanto, La Spezia by car. The village itself is very small and therefore quiet. No shops, but a restaurant.

A beautiful, untouristy village in a wooded, mountainous...

A beautiful, untouristy village in a wooded, mountainous setting! At the top of the village itself was a small restaurant that served the best ravioli and was renowned for it. It was truly excellent! There's not much else to do, but it's fantastic for hikers and nature lovers.

A quiet spot in the hills above the Cinque Terre.

A quiet spot in the hills above the Cinque Terre. A peaceful spot surrounded by nature. Highly recommended is B&B Il Tulipano, run by Mariette. Don't miss the ravioli from Agriturismo La Pineta.

The host, the setting, the location, the room, the amenities...

The host, the setting, the location, the room, the amenities, the garden – everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Truly a little corner of paradise and a wonderful time in the mountains, very close to La Spezia :-)
