Wow, everything, I didn’t expect this place to be so amazing and really impressed me. The photos didn’t do justice to this place. I will come back again if there is a chance. 1 night is too short. Love the building, the interior, the design, the whole place is beautiful.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We were happy we found combination of great hospitality and a beautiful place to stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience.

We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

Super service from the ladies that runs the hotel. Beautiful garden and lovely pool & whirlpool to refresh after long hikes. We had our own car and went for hikes to Val di Funes and Seiser Alm that were only 20 minutes drive away. We walked in to the center at night for dinner in lovely Chiusa.

Both the room and bathroom were really spacious and it was ultra clean. The owner of the staff were sweet and helpful. The good distance to the beautiful sights. The food at the restaurant were also nice.
