My son and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and apartments — but this place truly stands out. First of all, the interiors: if you love the charm of tenement-style buildings blended with modern touches and exquisite design, you’ll fall in love here. The location couldn’t be more central or convenient — everything is just steps away. But as always, what makes the biggest difference is the host. Incredibly responsive, flexible, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such smooth, pleasant communication with any host before. A big plus: the modern, well-equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, snacks, and fruit. Honestly, this place is a gem.

Location is perfect! Just a short walk to all the beautiful places in the historical center, but quiet enough for a good night of sleep. Reception staff was wonderful and super helpful, arranged a taxi to the airport and provided us with amazing restaurant tips. Room was fantastic. Nice view over the square, amazing bed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out! Everything! We loved this place. The rooms were spacious, clean and cosy! The personnel was amazing. They kindly let us drop our backpacks for a comfortable last walk in Bologna. The hotel is in the historical centre. We thank you very much! The bathrooms despite being for common use were exceptionally clean and very goos smelling. They had a very generous breakfast of pastries and coffee.
