The warm welcome from the hosts was excellent and amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The property was perfect for peace and relaxation, with the surrounding garden having seating outside for dinner al fresco or even a barbecue area totally equipped. The house is warm and full of charm, making you feel at home. Highly recommended.

The Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel personnel were amazing! We had a misfortune and missed our flight, so we weren't able to check in at the agreed time (we arrived well past midnight), but nevertheless the personnel recorded a video just for us and sent it via WhatsApp where they explained the whole procedure of how to enter the hotel using a code, find the room keys in a locker, and navigate to our rooms. While we were stranded at the airport, lol, they prepared everything for us and even asked to leave a breakfast box for us if we planned to leave early in the morning. Rooms were modern and clean, the ceiling was spectacular, and the garden was amazing! Like a botanical garden in the city center! Unfortunately we stayed for only one night and didn't have enough time to use the pool in the garden but did manage to drink the morning coffee beside it.

Palazzo Cartari is a wonderful place. It was a joy to stay there. Perhaps most notably, the staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They all speak excellent English. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Palermo. My room was stylish, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully equipped. The breakfast was varied and excellent. There are lots of restaurants close by, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the Ballarò Market for a wonderful lunch of Palermo's famous street foods. If you want to be close to the historic center when visiting Palermo and its innumerable interests. I can't imagine a better place.

Mom and I stayed for only one night, but we were able to check-in late, and that was really important to us. The room, the bathroom, everything was really clean and the lady that runs the accommodation really thought of everything, from enough clean towels, to shower caps and extensions for chargers, usb cable, etc. The location was also ideal for us, close to the central train station, and well connected to the central part of Palermo at the same time. We loved the building the apartments are located in, the old elevator is just beautiful, we enjoyed riding it.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Palermo and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The entire property has been beautifully renovated, offering an elegant and warm atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. One of my favorite features was the jacuzzi on the terrace - it’s an amazing spot to relax and take in the breathtaking cityscape. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo and will definitely come back for my next trip.
