The outdoor terrace is absolutely magical. Fantastic view, protected from the weather, large areas with both sun and shade. And an absolutely wonderful outdoor shower with a view of the sea. We didn't spend much time indoors because of the large terrace, but everything we needed was in the apartment. The hosts Marina and Marco are fantastically sweet, service-minded and caring.

Lovely little hotel, close to the beautiful beach of La Cinta. The bus from Olbia stops just in front. There are different services in San Teodoro, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and so clean. I had a quiet room, which was good to rest. Great breakfast with vegan options. Even a bar, really nice. And the best were the people who run the place. So friendly and helpful. It made the stay so much nicer. Thank you!

The staff went above and beyond - we received a lovely room upgrade, and they made and brought us an entire cake when we celebrated a birthday! Everyone was kind and professional. The suite was spotlessly clean, well furnished and spacious. Beds were great, and having a coffee on the terrace in the morning was just lovely. Good breakfast. A nice beach is a short walk away, and a pool is available as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at sa pedra. We were only there for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. The place is really nice and pool area with the greenery just beautiful. Dinner at della nonna was exquisite and the breakfast very nice. The team is very supportive, they even helped us out after our stay with a personal issue. All in all, this place can only be recommended.
