Everything was absolutely fine. We had to modify our check in time because of traffic issues but there was no problem with it at all. Dogs in the back garden are super cute :). All important facilities like pizzeria, supermarket, ice cream, etc. are nearby. Our host was really helpful and gave us very good breakfast. Also there is an insane amount of choice of available types of coffee which is definitely a big plus because we are heavily addicted. We will definitely return.

A very pleasant hotel with a great atmosphere. Clean, comfortable, very nice and friendly service. Very friendly approach to animals. Great breakfast, choice of both sweet and savory. We easily found a parking space a few steps from the hotel. There is also a restaurant in the hotel - we had a delicious dinner there. I will gladly stay there again when I am in Udine. I highly recommend.

- Chiara was extremely helpful during the check-in, a real lovely person and amazing staff. - They provide you with cold, filtered water and water bottle, even though the tap water is good in Udine. - The breakfast is exceptional.
