Hotel is well located, easy to reach and easy to park. Very nicely decorated, silent during night, really cozy! Kind staff, and quite good breakfast with great coffe and real orange juice. We really enjoyed our stay there, no remarks and made our holidays great!!!

Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!! Breakfast was outstanding- if you wanted something that wasn’t available on the buffet you could order it from the restaurant! Also the three staff we met at the hotel were excellent. Therese, Giacomo and Cihara were kind and so helpful answering our questions about the area , the restaurants in the area and all other matters. We would not hesitate to stay at the Hotel De Ville again! The location is perfect!
