We had a wonderful time at Tenne Lodges celebrating a birthday. All staff were very helpful and nothing was too much to ask. There was a variety of food for both breakfast and dinner which was great. We loved the spa facilities and had a relaxing time in our spacious room. We would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come again!

This hotel was very child friendly - from the prepared bed in our room to a kids plate at breakfast. The location was great and it was easy to park our car. There's also a bus service through the valley, and the tourist office offers a variety of activities for those interested. With the "Erlebniskarte" (Experience Card) you get from the landlord, you can use these for free or at a reduced rate.

Ridnaun is a perfect travel destination in both summer and winter; skiing in Ratschings is very pleasant and quiet; hiking at the Schneeberg mine or towards the glaciers is a challenge; valley hikes with a meal in a mountain hut are a dream.

I'll start by saying that it was my mistake to book a family resort, but I advise a couple not to go there. There's chaos everywhere, with screaming and crying children. I wouldn't recommend it to a couple looking for relaxation. I'll go home more tired than before.

The Hotel Schneeberg is a little corner of paradise. The staff is delightful, helpful, and kind, the organized excursions are wonderful, and special praise goes to Daniel, who accompanied us on two of them and also taught us a new way to experience sauna infusions. All I can say is: seeing is believing!

I thought four days would be too long for late summer and the weather was unpredictable. Instead, every morning, whether sunny or foggy, we took many walks, some longer than others. It's a beautiful place, close to charming little towns and with many castles to visit.
