We absolutely loved our stay here. We got there by taxi from Roma Termini and was a short drive. The hotel is situated walking distance from the Spanish steps and tons of shopping. The room was fantastic. We had the junior Suite (hotel gave us an upgrade for free!). The styling of the hotel was very modern and the amenities matched! It was so spacious. The room also had a super comfortable bed. Lastly, the tv allowed for easy streaming of our series and movie favorites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On our last day we had an early flight and they even packed us some to-go breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast, it is a must!

We had an amazing stay at Tree Charme Augusto Boutique Hotel 🥰 From the moment we arrived, the hotel team was incredibly attentive and informative, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely five-star fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. A special mention to Thomas, the night shift manager, who was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. You simply couldn’t ask for a better location. Overall, the hotel exceeded every expectation of our trip we loved every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! And the shuttle service is amazing please take our advise and use them made us feel like billionaires 😂

Great and big city, but very expensive.

Great and big city, but very expensive. Bring a lot of money if you really want to have a relaxed vacation, but if you are on a budget, keep in mind to find more affordable places in advance. All in all, a good experience and I would come back again. Definitely do some sort of food workshop—the best way to meet people and learn something new!

4 days/nights is just right before you get an overdose of renaissance art, beauty and pizza. The Romans we dealt with were super nice even though they have to deal with annoying tourists all year long. The niceness doubles when you have kids. We felt a bit let down by the "tourist-trap" restaurants though. I was expecting a bit more from italian cuisine. We should have carefully selected our eating spots or eaten away from sights.

I love Rome and will come again and again to visit. So much to see and do. I seen places I didn’t last time I came to Rome and still have plenty more to see. Got off the tourist areas and visited places that are just as amazing in Rome without tourist traps. So much history to learn and see.

The restaurant’s were adding in tips .my thoughts are tips are for me to decide not the restaurant.if you have good service then tip if not good maybe very little.also it cost more to sit in a restaurant than to take away…it’s like they rent you a seat.as far as the historical sites absolutely fabulous-each and everyone of them .a must do for everyone.watch out for pickpockets!

We like the hotel very much. We stayed in Rome just for a night on our way to Verona and San Remo has a perfect location, close to the train station. The biggest asset for the hotel is the staff - we had a little accident - my glasses fell off from the window and receptionist brought them back to me - i was super lucky because nothing happened to my glasses and i can write my review because i can see :)) Breakfast was very basic. We miss more vegetables but i guess that's Italy - coffee and sweets :)

The location was perfect for me. It's my favorite part of Rome and the hotel is so convenient and easily accessible.. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I loved being able to have a cappucino made for me (rather than out of a machine like many other "included" breakfasts I've had in italy). Having a kettle in the room was a nice surprise as well. This will be my 'go to" hotel in Rome from now on!

This was the best place we stayed in Italy. Nice and new, modern and contemporary. Felt extremely clean, comfortable beds and we were lucky enough to have a view of Piazza Venezia from our room. Great location, we walked everywhere and didn’t have to use public transport once. Plus the breakfast! Pietro really went the extra mile to make breakfast each morning that bit special. Will definitely be back when we return to Rome.

Despite being located in a VERY touristy part of Rome, this hotel is a peaceful and QUIET oasis from the chaos. I was shocked at how quiet my room! WiFi is excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff is wonderful. Little extras: cookies in the room each day. Breakfast was among the best I have ever had an Italy - excellent and beautiful assortment. Fantastic, friendly and polite front desk staff. If it weren't for them, the stay would have been miserable. The location is also great. The movie atmosphere of the hotel is quite ok but you lose the atmosphere of Italy and Rome with this.
