This hotel was probably one of the best experiences during my business traveling career, from booking I have every question answered, they forwarded the Italian train app for me to book a ticket to Milan, they picked me up at the airport within 20 minutes of the plane landing, booked me a table in the restaurant with great food and a large choice of wines, breakfast was plentiful. they have done everything they could to make my trip work. If you need to stay in this city, this is probably the best option! The hotel is truly great, much better than what we expected. 1. It's located not in the city center but it's super close to the Busto Arsizio Nord railway station (like 7 min by feet). And there are a lot of supermarkets close to the hotel. If you need to get to the city center or to the main railway station, it may take 20-25 min by feet but it's not super far and the road is nice. Area is pretty safe. We stayed in this hotel as we had a change in Malpensa for the whole day, it's awesome place, as from the Nord station you get to the airport in 10 min by train. 2. Staff is nice and friendly, we appreciate it a lot! 3. Breakfasts were also very very nice. You have everything you need: delicious scrambled eggs (truly the most delicious scrambled eggs I've tried), different croissants and pastries, ham, different cheeses with fig jam - everything fresh and delicious. 4. Room was great as well. It's really huge, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean, so thank you very much!
