My stay at Cafe Bleu Relais was nothing short of perfect, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the owner, Massimo. In an era where genuine customer service can be hard to find, Massimo sets a gold standard. He is incredibly kind, professional, and goes far above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. From the very first moment, I was impressed by his generosity as he kindly upgraded my booking to a spacious and comfortable double room. I enjoyed my initial 3 nights so much that I extended my stay directly with him, a process he made very easy and pleasant. His personal touch made all the difference, he provided me with a fantastic list of recommendations for things to do and places to visit, which greatly enhanced my trip. The breakfast was another highlight, expertly prepared by a nice lady who made fresh omelettes and other items every morning. I am so glad to have discovered this place.
