We notified the owner when we arrived (slightly earlier than planned) and got a quick response that the keys were in a keybox waiting for us. Great location on the coast with great views of the med, not a big town, but we were only stopping over one night on our way north so it was ideal for us.

We stayed at Borgo Rosso di Sera on a Saturday evening during a romantic getaway while driving from Sicily to Puglia — and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that made it hard to leave the terrace. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent — we had dinner there and were really impressed. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Possibly one of the best we had during our time in Italy. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Every detail was so well thought out — it’s clear the team really cares about the guest experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stop with incredible views and great food.

Very nice appartement with balcony and facilities to cook. Normally I walk from the bus or train station to my new place for the night. They offered to pick me up. And I’m glad they did. It’s pretty steep and there are many steps to take reaching Vista Stromboli.

Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. :) The apartment was spotless and modern, with brand-new facilities that made everything super comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the hot tub was amazing—perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The host was incredibly helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great facilities with a lovely pool in the summer heat, the staff were incredibly friendly and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast for our one night stay. It is a property that is great if you just want to stay here and enjoy their marvellous hospitality as there is not much to see in the neighbouring villages.

Ambience was good, it was like being part of the village. People came and went, the police, the firemen brigade and senior citizens all ate there. The best was that we left the cellphone there and drove for one hour before realizing. We phoned and they had already sent us a message on Whats-app. So we went back picked up the phone. Didn't really get a chance to say thank you as they were already busy again. So to the staff of the hotel. Thank you again.

The location is the best you can have in San Lucido - in the very center of the city and their historical part, with a nice wide balcony with a view to the sea and the piazza, close to all the bars and restaurants. Graziella was very nice to us, and the appartement was big, clean and nice.

Armando and the rest of the staff made us very welcome and were extremely helpful in catering for our needs and wishes. The positioning of the hotel was stunning and along with the views. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The pool and gardens were kept in excellent condition.

Self checking was super easy thanks to the instructions of the nice owner! La Mia Valigia is ideally located in the center of San Lucido. We took the breakfast in the lovely garden enjoying its beauty!
