This place is stunning - I can’t wait to come back and stay for a longer period of time. The staff were so helpful, the rooms were lovely and the facilities were exceptional. Free bike hire made it so accessible to get to dinner or go for a ride through the country side. The breakfast was also fantastic.

Our hostess was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the fact that we booked it a few hours earlier didn’t effect anything. When she heard that we are traveling with our puppy she simply switched our room that was more suitable for dogs. There was even a cute dog bed and bowl in our room. Everything was prepared for us. The room looked exactly like on the pictures, which we really appreciated. The estate is super quiet, yet it has an amazing location and it sits on a huge golf course. We even talked about coming back here and learning how to play golf it looked so relaxing and fun. The area is charming full with amazing restaurants, bakeries and gelato shops, and we got some great recommendations as well. Our breakfast was included in the price, with gluten free options and a lactose free cappuccino. Thank you for taking such great care of us, we will be back!

Although we had difficulties on our trip due to the air-strike. The hotel worked hard to look after us. Upgrading us to the executive suite, providing iron and phone chargers for us. The staff were amazing and helped as much as they could. The breakfast had a variety of food including fresh fruits. The bed was massive and super comfy.

The breakfast was rich, varied, and tasty, with fresh, quality products. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hosts Filippo and Annalisa were very kind and helpful. The B&B is located about 20 minutes from the historic center. The atmosphere of the B&B is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for a peaceful stay.

Located on the outskirts of the town of San Martino Buon Albergo, it's very close to the shopping center with supermarkets and various shops, and 100 meters from the highway exit. Clean, friendly staff, and a quality restaurant.

Free parking, pleasant, welcoming staff, flexibility. We arrived early and got the room. We got a room on the 6th floor, very clean, large room, very comfortable bed. On one side of the hotel is a family mall, and 500 meters away is a huge mall with a supermarket, a deli, and other shops and restaurants. The breakfast, compared to other hotels in Italy, included vegetables, which is a plus. A cute, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Disadvantage - only with a private car and not by public transportation.
