We went to Sicily for 8 days over Christmas and this was by far the highlight. Floresta is a small village located at 1300m in the Nebrodi mountains, and our room had a very nice view of it. The owner also owns a small shop and restaurant downstairs and we had dinner there too. The food was locally produced, tasted amazing and felt so homemade. The owner was also such a friendly gentleman. The room itself was nice too, very clean and featured a large bathroom.

Very well decorated with excellent choice for details. Combination of old and new is unbeatable.And the neighbours brought tomatoes from their garden amd where always up for a chin wag. We spent most of the time inside the house becouse we loved it so much. Well done. If you are looking for an unforgetable experience this is the place to be.

A Hidden Paradise in Nature – Pure Magic! I had the most fabulous stay in this remote, nature-surrounded haven. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely removed from the hustle of everyday life. The peaceful setting, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the gentle sounds of animals, instantly brought a sense of calm. The accommodation itself was charming and cozy—perfectly rustic, yet comfortable and welcoming. But what truly made this place unforgettable were the animals! Cats and kittens curled up in the sun, friendly dogs wagged their tails to greet me, geese waddled about, and I even got to meet a curious pony and some stunning peacocks who proudly displayed their feathers.
