Have no complaints. Location was perfect in the city center. There are a lot of restaurants around. All the sightseeing places are in the walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the core of the city center on the third and fourth floor of the old residential building. The room was very nice and everything was perfectly clean. The guy from the reception was very helpful, we came late in the evening, he helped us the luggage and he ordered us a pizza because at that time nothing was working nearby and we were very hungry.

The gentlemen in the reception were very kind and friendly. They answered all my questions and they were very helpful. Everything was very good. The hotel totally met my expectations. The location is brilliant, literally across the Genoa Brignole train station, which is very convenient if you will travel around Genoa (like me).
