At first hotel is all kind of bungalows, with great gardens, rooms are renovated and looks really good, everyday cleaning, changing towels, AC working really good, swimming pools, place for kids, for playing volleyball, table tennis etc. It’s all here. Staff is very friendly, speaking well in English we have really no issues at all here.

The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. We stayed 4 nights The beaches are spectacular some of the best we’ve ever seen in the Mediterranean. Fantastic for families with warm shallow water and soft sand backed by dramatic mountains in the distance. There are flocks of flamingos in the marshes near san Teodoro and spectacular views from the hills and gorgeous walks. The downside is the lack of beach restaurants and cafes . There is often a small kiosk selling coffee drinks and ice cream but little else so we took picnics . We really missed the ubiquitous beach tavernas you get in the rest of the Med so we were dying for a decent restaurant after a couple of nights

It's a beautiful place but it was very obvious that most of the locals were not super thrilled about the tourists and they took a lot of opportunities to overcharge and scam us, particularly at some restaurants. Please note that some people were very kind and welcoming but that wasn't common unfortunately. I wish I could say I loved San Teodoro but I had a much nicer time in Olbia.

Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around.

Lovely little town, perfect size to easily walk around. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The night market is a nice to stroll through in the evening. La Cinta beach is lovely, can get busy and toilet/shower facilities are a bit ropy. There is lots of different types of accommodation too, to suit all needs.

San Teodoro is a beautiful commune and has a very vibrant town centre which gets alive in the evening and goes on till late in the night. It had fantastic restaurants to choose from if you are a seafood lover. Dont miss Pescharia Saporia de Mare for seafood if you want to visit the locals’ go to place for seafood. The commune is also dotted with some of the best beaches of Sardinia like La Cinta, Cala Impostu and Cala Brindinchi among others. However, for the latter two you will need to book in advance, a way to keep the crowd at bay. Overall San Teodoro is a must visit if visiting Sardegna.

the beaches are really super beautiful, clear water and...

the beaches are really super beautiful, clear water and white sand ! but extremely full of people and families and noises, so it you like it it's fine. and sometimes the beaches are not even opened, unless you book on internet, which is very complicated. we found solutions by walking 2 kilometers on "La Cinta beach" till there was nobody, and then it was great !

We stayed for 24 hours in San Teodoro only as we found it too busy and noisy. Fine if you love nightlife, Markets, clubbing and drinking cocktails! We then moved to the B&B Li Muntigeddi and loved it there as it was quieter. You do need a car thought to get to the beach. If we’d had longer we’d have liked to do boat trip and seen the local beaches.

The B&B is located near the breathtaking beaches La Cinta and Brandinchi. The nearest town is San Teodoro with many bars and restaurants. Cande and Matteo were the best hosts you could wish for. They gave us a lot of useful tips to enjoy Sardinia. We stayed in the Ulivo room which was amazing. It was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The room also had a nice balcony to enjoy some peace and quiet. The breakfast was lovely. Cande was very polite. We had great morning conversations and she made delicious cappuccinos.

A beautiful villa in many ways, the hosts are very friendly too. The air-conditioner was a lifesaver when it was so hot in Sardinia. Important things to note: there is no WIFI, no towels are provided, and you need to pay at the villa upon arrival either card or cash, you need €300 cash deposit upon arrival too(€50 cash extra for check in between 22:00-06:00). There’s a supermarket a two minute walk away which you can buy everything you need, and the walk into town or the beach is not bad at all.

What an amazing place to stay! We were so happy that this was the final stop on our trip through Sardinia. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the location was excellent. The bed was super comfortable, the room was super comfortable and there was plenty of room. The staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. We truly recommend this place. If we ever return to San Teodoro, this would be the first place we’d look to book again, only this time, we’d stay for a few more nights!

The property is in a great location. Really close to the town of San Teodoro which was really lively when we went in August. Is also within a walkable distance of the beautiful beach. The property is spacious and the staff/owners were very kind and helpful.
