Very professional receptionist, and very pleasant. I was passing by to go down south and it was really helpful to be in touch with her, willing to provide good details and set up things right even before my arrival. I stayed at Hotel Amica and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was as expected - the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable.
