The location is easy to find. Hosts are super nice and assisted us with our questions. They took care of us very well and provided all the necessary amenities. In addition, Noah, the family dog is super friendly and comes to greet you whenever you're around! 😍

This Agriturism is a beautiful hidden gem in the middle of the Sicilian coutrityside. On our arrival we were welcomed by Mrs. Pina and we felt like home already. She gave us some homemade cookies, what a treat. Our room was spacious and really clean. This place is really great, it has a beautiful swimming pool with astonishing countryside panorama, my kids had a great time. We booked the dinner and Mrs. Pina cooked for us.  I travel a lot but I never experienced something like this, we had a homemade 4 courses sicilian banquet really delicious for only 30EUR a person. The food, the atmosphere, the peaceful place, and the beautiful sound of nature , this was really magical. Thank u so much Pina you are a fantastic host and an amazing cook. I'm actually originally from Sicily, and  although I've been leaving abroad for half of my life, I'm really happy that  places like this still exist,  representing the traditional sicilian culture, food, and hospitality. In the morning, we had an amazing breakfast, and Mr. Giuseppe made us feel at home again. This agriturismo should be a 5-star hotel. I've read many reviews  criticising the road to get to the agriturismo, yes it's a bit bumpy but only for a short ride, 2km, to get to this beautiful private and amazing place really no problem at all. I will come back anytime again. Thank you, Agriturismo Monaco di Mezzo, we will come again every time we visit Sicily.

We are speechless to describe the beauty of the mountains in this central, interior part of Sicilia and its people. This is authentic Sicilia ! Our lovely host , Palmina , was kind , welcoming and caring making sure we had everything we needed including recommendations and she always respected our privacy . She left us many good things for breakfast as well as coffee, and also brought us a plate of sweets in celebration of their feast day. The ground floor apartment is very comfortable and spacious with all of the amenities and a safe, free parking place for our car right outside our door as well as a lovely place to sit outside for meals etc. We feel that we have found a new friend in Palmina and her family . Santa Caterina is okay for me as someone familiar with the...

Santa Caterina is okay for me as someone familiar with the area. Of course, there are much more interesting places than Santa Caterina Villarmosa. But for those using the accommodation as a base for daily excursions, the location is ideal. Evenings are very quiet, guaranteeing relaxation.
