I really liked that it felt like a home and not like an apartment, because it was sooo well-equipped. The terrace is huge and with beautiful views to the sea and mountains. The house is big and very comfortable, you will find anything you need (even a first aid box, parasols, coffee machines in three size!!) Elena is such a lovely lady, very informative and helpful. The beach is very close, like maybe 8 minutes walk from the house, and the bus station is the same, also the shops and restaurant. 10/10 recommended

The house is located in a Super quiet area outside of Putzu Idu. Besides the short distance to several beaches, small hikes and a couple of restaurants, by far the biggest highlight of the place is its owner. Marcello is always a message away and it fees like he knows somebody at every place you go (even if it’s not recommended by him :))

The town itself was much like most of the towns in this area. They appeared deserted. Most of the local restaurants have closed. A small bar used by locals and a very small shop - so extremely limited if you wanted lunch.

The town offers very little, very few shops and it has no historic center. Its beauty is the peace and the beach on the bay. It is not suitable for those seeking lively atmosphere, music and confusion, but perfect for those who want to enjoy the peace and the sea.

A small, quiet village with various shops, restaurants (not all recommended), a beautiful lagoon, and a small but uncrowded sandy beach. We also quickly found a tiny pharmacy and a shop selling beach and swimming gear. We absolutely loved the peace and quiet and the friendly people in the village.

Michela is excelent host. She is very kind and always ready to help. The communication with her was perfect and we really appreciate her hospitality. Location is excelent. The place is cozy and quiet. Santa Caterina is small village but you can find everything what you need there. Is a perfect spot to explore west coast of Sardiania. If you are looking for peacefull place with stunning sunsets near the sea- this is the place!

A hearty breakfast with a beautiful view of the sea. Freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious espresso. Very friendly and attentive staff, a pleasant swimming pool on the hotel terrace, right on the cliff above the sea. Pool bar, parasols, and sun loungers available.
