The room was clean, tidy, comfortable bed, sheets and also love the atmosphere at breakfast, the two ladies was perfect, very nice. Food was amazing, and at the end, Daniela was so helpful and nice, she have us many suggestions about tripst, restaurant and thinks to do nearby. We really enjoyes our stay, definetely worth it. Highly recomended this hotel

Completely new, clean and magnifico! Comfortable wide bed with medium hard mattress, daily clean towels, in the fridge complimantery beverage. Francesca is very nice lady prepared wide choice breakfast on the terrace with sea view. She gave me a home made cake into my room when I was out. Santa Domenica with beautiful natural beach Scalea is one stop by train next Tropea. Totally perfect and looking forward to come again.

A great place with nice beaches.

A great place with nice beaches. Not overcrowded like Capo Vaticano or Tropea, the sand is white and coarse (sand is actually better in Capo V.). Due to S.D. being located between C.V. and Tropea, it takes only about 20 min by car to get to the beaches and restaurants in the C.V. and Tropea. Sea water is fantastic. I was lucky to spend most of the vacation there.

The owner Martina and all the staff were excellent, very...

The owner Martina and all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were cleaned every day. Martina arranged our pick up from the airport and also the hire of a scooter, nothing was too much trouble. The lovely beach of Riaci is a 5 minute drive away, roads very steep if you have to walk.Tropea ia a 15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful little town with lovely views of the sea.

It is a beautiful little town with lovely views of the sea. You can see Stromboli island and the sunsets are out of this world. The colors of the sea are spectacular The only problem is to a access the beach you have a long steep walk. It is paved the whole way down. We used to enjoy sitting in the piazza eating our gelato and felt at home with the locals

We liked the quietness of the area when we wanted and then only 9 mins by car to Tropea for nightlife if we felt like it:) We eat dinner poolside at hotel and also in Tropea. Getting around Santa Domenica is really easy, by car, taxi or shuttle bus service. Hotel L'Oasi is new, beautiful and modern and included in your stay offers a free Amazing beach, you won't be disappointed!

Small town, not too crowded, everything you need is there (restaurants, shops, train station, etc.). 3.5 km from Tropea. I would definitely choose it as a base again! We ate well at the restaurants: Rewind, Il Deposito, Il Casale. Easily accessible by train.

The Coast of the Gods boasts beautiful beaches, including Praia I Focu above all, Baia di Riaci, Michelino in Parghelia, Paradiso dei Sub in Zambrone, Marina dell'Isola in Tropea, and Grotticelle in Capo Vaticano. Further afield are Scalea in Santa Domenica (a steep climb to get there and even more to get back), Sant'Irene, and Formicoli.

This hotel is one of the places you will miss already when leaving. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The lovely quiet garden, fantastic pool area, great breakfast and large nice rooms provide total relaxation. The family who owns it are the most friendly and helpful and you can tell they run the hotel by heart. We felt like at home. The location is very convenient. Tropea is 10 mins away by car, the nearest beach just a few mins. I recommend hiring a car to enjoyed the beautiful beaches and surroundings. We would love to go back!
