Fantastic location for a visit to Etna, Etnaland and the airport. Easy to park outside. Large rooms with a well eqiped kitchen. Our host was fantastic. Using Google he overcame the language barrier to help give us a fantastic dinner recommendation! Wrap around balcony where you can see the top of Etna. I loved watching the come up with a cup of coffee ☕️

We had an exceptional stay at All' Uliveto! The location is very close to Etnaland, Etnapolis and is very easy to reach! Doris and Family made sure from the moment we arrived that we are treated with the best possible service. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay one to remember! The rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, very clean and the air-conditioning system works wonders! Food served for dinner was delicious along with love entertainment! The area is very nice and surrounded by nature! I highly recommend staying at All' Uliveto if you're looking for a special stay . Thankyou Doris , we will definitely stay again! Love from Malta!

The location was perfect for our day trips to Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, Mount Etna, and for snorkeling at the Cyclopean Rocks! There are plenty of good and affordable places to eat in the surrounding villages. However, you do need a car to reach the accommodation and the many destinations in the area.

Limited infrastructure – it's better to head a few kilometers further to larger towns. Bronte, 35 km away, is recommended – a mountain village with narrow streets and access to the Etna region via a basalt road through ancient lava deposits.

The town itself isn't worth seeing, but the landscape around...

The town itself isn't worth seeing, but the landscape around Mount Etna is diverse and interesting; you should also drive to the remote villages further up, but please use a Fiat Panta or similar, as the roads in the villages are narrow and winding.

Quiet location just outside the village.

Quiet location just outside the village. Easily accessible by car. Worth 4 stars. Mount Etna is approximately 14 km away as the crow flies. Dining is possible by the pool in the garden. Some rooms have a side view of Mount Etna; some have a front view of Etna, and some do not. Excursions to the coast are possible.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location with amazing views of Etna. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful, the food fresh and made to order and locally sourced. The pool area is lovely and there is a small holding and land behind where they grow their fruit and vegetables, you can even buy the chutneys and jams.

Family own hotel ,the owner and the family are on hand , very clean and well kept, old style design with 80th elegant, Food was great at the restaurant , we had to leave early in the morning at 5.00 and the owner woke up to serve us coffee
