Amazing villa. Had everything you need. It was situated in beautiful gardens and very private. It was our base to get to other places like Rome and Terni where our family live. Also to beautiful Orvieto. Definitely recommend this lovely villa.

We loved how comfy the room n how cental it was to us going and experiencing the rieti chilli festival it was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful we highly, HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone and if we ever make it back to rieti we will return here again!

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room, which was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Leonardo is very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, bang on in the centre. All the commodities are available. He even leaves sugar, coffee, salt and oil available. Everything is prim and proper. The bed is super comfortable!
