This accommodation was gorgeous, right in the middle of the countryside with a beautiful view but easily within reach of a town. We specifically wanted to visit the Vatican, Claudio was so kind and organised for us to have a tour with his friend and that was fantastic, so thank you so much. The train journey into the Vatican was also very simple, low cost and quick which was brilliant. Lovely breakfast too :)

We liked literally everything about our stay in Casale Sasso! The calm environment, the refreshing dips in the pool, the spaghetti on the sunny terrace. The host and his family are so sweet, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the air conditioning absolutely saved our lifes multiple times. Every morning we had a fresh fruit salad by side of our classic Italian breakfast.

If you like holidays that you can explore and enjoy natural beauty, it's for you. Access is a little rustic but that's what we like. We appreciated this short break after being in Rome central.

A beautiful village that retains its historic character.

A beautiful village that retains its historic character. The castle is beautiful, and above all, there are various entertainment options. We even attended an opera concert there. It's definitely a village worth revisiting.

The castle and the Taurine baths are beautiful! The area is rich in history, the local cuisine is amazing, and the friendliness of everyone we met makes us say: Bella Italia!!!! However, you have to get around by car.

A charming, tranquil castle on the sea, especially when closed to outside visitors. In the evenings and mornings, you can enjoy a unique atmosphere. Simple but comfortable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered from the menu kindly recommended by the staff. Well-heated.
