We had an amazing experience at this property! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect – peaceful, yet close to everything we needed (shops, restaurants, public transport). The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we asked. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the warm welcome to the cleanliness of the common areas. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with a great variety to suit all tastes. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

The house is located in bellunesi dolomites national park and the mountain view from the garden is amazing!! We enjoyed swimming in the river (on summer) just below the house. Alberto and his wife were very kind and helpful. The house was clean and has everything we needed. We stayed with our 3 kids for 4 days and we warmly recomend it.
