Amazingly beautiful room, great location and very friendly staff. They even helped us with transport when the train drivers went on strike! Would gladly recommend to anybody who wants to experience a spacious room with extra facilities (jazucci, sauna), in the heart of Montecatini!

Friendly helpful lovely staff and a wonderful poolside breakfast was happily set up for our multi generational family. Easy parking (large free car park opposite), very convenient for the funicular (250m) to the old town which was magical at night for dinner. Recommend to make a restaurant reservation in advance especially if you want an outdoor table.

The location was extremely nice. It was in a residential complex and nice society. The breakfast was delicious and a wide variety to choose from. City tax was less. The view from the room was beautiful too. We could see the clouds crawling down the hill. There was free parking. The hotel has spa and salon services as well. The pool area was maintained and good to go sunbathing. Good quality bath soaps and shampoos. Instant hot water.

The staff from the pool area to the front desk were so friendly and kind. We arrived tired. We had let them know we had bicycles in advance which they treated as no big deal and organised storing them no trouble. They were so welcoming and very professional. A nicely maintained older hotel with truly phenomenal views. We chose this location as a stopover on our way from Livorno, where we arrived by ferry. I highly recommend it, especially in the summer, as the higher altitude brings slightly cooler temperatures. The village is charming and offers pleasant walks. It also has a good restaurant and a small shop. The hotel features a lovely small pool as well. For us, it was a truly positive experience.
