People complain about this place being dated. It is Sicily and it is an older hotel. They staff was great! My room 336 had million dollar views. The price was great. My bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and everything worked fine. I never turned on the TV, but i was on vacation. I found a great snorkeling spot just a five minute walk across the street. This place is an awesome. I booked one night, then i booked two more once i saw my room and the location.

Property was well equipped, clean, well secured. We liked balcony the most, it’s perfect for having a coffee and a chat. It is located near restaurants, supermarket, caffès, bakeries and seafront. Outside is free parking. Train station is about 10-minute walk far. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, willing to answer all of our questions and to give us useful recommendations.

Rosy was a fantastic hostess, she was able to meet us earlier than originally planned. The room was clean, she had arranged some extras for our comfort which was heartwarming. The area was lovely and a 1 minute walk to the seafront. My mother and I needed some assistance to visit Palermo and Mondello and Rosy along with her husband helped us so much. Lovely family, lovely location and we already cannot wait to come back!

Normally, I do not rate the (many) hotels we’ve been to but in this case I just had to because it was close to perfect. We loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony and the owner and her staff really know what friendly service is about.

I loved my stay Unico Hotel D'Arte! Monica, Livia, Veronica, and the rest of the staff are amazing and so kind! The property is a hidden gem and has the prettiest vibe and views. Breakfast each morning was lovely. My room and it's views were beautiful and it was hard to leave the balcony each day to visit Mondello and Palermo! Highly recommend!

I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

The quality/price ratio is adequate, and the location is excellent. For those who love the sea, this hotel is perfect, both for its beautiful sea views and its beaches. Those who enjoy seafood can do so at a reasonable price!

A lovely place with excellent restaurants.

A lovely place with excellent restaurants. An excellent base for visiting Palermo. A day ticket for public transport is inexpensive. We were there in April, meaning that despite the beautiful weather, swimming and the beach weren't yet an option.

You can reach Termini station by train in half an hour.

You can reach Termini station by train in half an hour. The restaurants at the harbor are great. You're also right in Modello. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Palermo city center but still be close to the city, this is the perfect place.

Everything is quite neglected, the streets and sidewalks are in a state of disrepair, and some restaurants are outrageously overpriced. A very positive exception: Rosso Cavallo! Great food, excellent value for money, and very friendly staff. We ate dinner there three times.

The host was fantastic!! He was excellent at communicating with us the entire trip, and made sure we had directions to the property. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts so kind to us. I was blown away by the views of the hotel!!! This exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this to groups of friends, individuals, couples, and families. Thank you! This is walking distance to good restaurants and beautiful beach views.

Super nice B&B, friendly and very helpful staff, clean and big rooms, good breakfast. Location is really nice, close to everything. Walls/windows block out most noise from the streets, residents from the same building do make a lot of noise but this seems to be an Italian/Sicilian thing 😅 we had this at all our accommodations during our Sicily trip. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would return 😁👌🏼

Very calm room giving on an internal courtyard, the hotel is 3 min away walking to the sea and next to all the restaurants. Note that you have to walk 10min uphill to the train station through narrow roads.
