All excellent - place, people, room, bathroom (all included even good hairdryer), the host greats you with biscuits and croissants for the morning. There is also coffee and tea in the common area as well as a fridge with separate containers if you want to chill drinks or food.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cinque Terre Escape. The apartment is pleasant and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent for those looking for peace and a connection with nature. One big plus is that they accept pets — we were traveling with our dog and felt very welcome, which made a big difference to our experience. Additionally, the hosts were extremely helpful: we forgot some important personal items, and they kindly arranged to send everything to us by post, carefully packed. This gesture shows their commitment and responsibility toward their guests. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return. Thank you very much for everything!

The breakfast was simple yet delicious, room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. They were very helpful with my requests and the hotel was very close to all of the shops, but far enough away from sounds. I loved staying a quieter town. The uphill climb with a suitcase wasn't too bad either.

Antonella is super nice and helpful. She indicated to us how to get to the Cinque Terre train and towns. The location of the hotel is great because the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it drives you right to Manarola, the first of the Cinque Terre towns, in minutes. There you can enjoy the town and take the train to visit all the other little towns. The breakfast was super! They have fruits, eggs, pastries, yogurt, and many other options. Of course, with delicious coffee! Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back to Il Saraceno when back to visit Cinque Terre.

The check in processes was informative and easy. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely worth more that €10. We were impressed! The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The facilities were just what we needed. The location was what we loved the most. Only an 8 minute walk to the train station which takes you straight through Cinque Terre and Milan. The hotel is also only a 4 minute walk from Levanto town and the beach where you can walk / bike through the abandoned tunnels. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terra, the drive...

Perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terra, the drive into La Spezia taking approximately 20 minutes. Also at approx. 500m in altitude it did get cooler at night which we found to be a relief from the heat of the coast. All good. I would suggest that they provide larger glasses such as pint glasses rather than tumblers but generally a stay here was better than at a Novotel or Ibis Styles. Highly reccommend.

The welcome was excellent, the room simple but clean, and the bed was fine. There was a small table for breakfast in the sun outside the room. Beautiful flowers and free-roaming geese were present, though I unfortunately didn't see the peacock. Pets are welcome. Coffee and tea making facilities were available, and a small wrapped pastry was provided for breakfast. A small refrigerator is located in the common room one floor up.

To stay here you need a car.

To stay here you need a car. It is not an area where you meet other travelers or Italians. It felt like an isolated Gated community. Poor information about wifi, shopping, buses as the helper only speaks English and they only give info you ask for. Looooong away from any of the towns in Cinque Terre and limited to getting around without a car.

Magnificent pool, excellent gardens.

Magnificent pool, excellent gardens. Puin restaurant highly recommended! Please note: Only TIM cell phones work in the area and in the village. Excellent roads. I would recommend installing air conditioning in the first-floor rooms. The apartment is very well-organized. The sofa could be improved.

Good for hiking right from the house.

Good for hiking right from the house. However, a car is occasionally necessary to reach the trailhead – finding a parking space can then be tricky. Unfortunately, the path from the apartment to the Soviore Monastery partly follows the main road.
