We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was beautifully and tastefully done, very neat and absolutely spotless—not a speck of dust! The hosts were kind, respectful, and very polite. We arrived much later than expected, and they had to wait for us, but they were very patient and understanding. We were very pleased with our stay. 10 out of 10!

The best host ive ever met since ive been in Italy. Cozy room, variety of breakfast choices. the accommodation is very convenient to go to the airport or venice. Excellent location! Very convenient location to travel to and from Venice without payment the exorbitant hotel pricing. Walking distance to train station, 2 large supermarkets, restaurants and even a laundromat, McDonalds etc. Would definitely stay there again! The Apartment is New, spacious and clean, as shown in the picture. Súper confortable for our family of 4. It is located close to spinea train station, which is well connected with venice. The owner was responding very fast to our requests and was kind of leaving chocolate easter eggs in the Apartment for us to enjoy.

Very spacious and excellent equipped apartment. It is located only 15-20 minutes from Venice. Spinea is wonderful for itself. Shops, cafetirias and restaurants are on walking distance. Gabriela is wonderful host and helped us with everything. I strongly recommend the place.

Luca, the host, was really helpful when minor problems occurred (a blind that didn't work and a TV that was reluctant to turn on). The location close to Spinea railway station is really good.
