The staff were friendly, shoutout to Oksana at the front desk who recommended the most incredible local restaurant and for her efficient service. The breakfast was an impressive spread! The hotel is stunning - the photos online does not do it justice. It is a 5min walk away from the train station and located in a beautiful part of the town. Was sad to leave.

I would particularly like to thank Gianluca and Giacomo, who were particularly attentive and helpful. Thank you to the entire reception team and the restaurant staff who made our stay perfect. A wonderful experience: carefully selected interior design pieces that mixed together create a sense of belonging; a great chef with mouth watering creations; outdoor heated pool; extremely helpful staff. And for once a dog friendly hotel that really welcomes animals rather than “tolerate” them. The location is also great and easy to go back and forth to Genova by train.

The location was fabulous and the owners just incredibly helpful. Full of information and fascinating stories about Nervi. Owner even called restaurant for us to make a booking. Was made to feel so welcome. Room was beautiful in a quiet street. Everything so close. went on some great trails nearby and saw so much wildlife. Best stay ever x
