This is a hotel with standard rooms. As it is by a main road, we were able to have a room away from this. The staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was copious and of good quality. Another nice point was the email sent to us after leaving, wishing us good journeys and other pleasant visits.

While the hotel's services are okay, it's clear that it...

While the hotel's services are okay, it's clear that it needs updating. The bed, sheets, and towels are worn out, and the shower is hard to reach. The bathroom layout is awkward, and the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to open the window, which made it noisy at night. We're grateful they removed the charge for one dinner plate, but overall, the hotel is a bit expensive for what you get, especially considering others in the area. On the upside, they have an electric car charging station and plenty of parking, which is convenient.

There are some good hotels.

There are some good hotels. Good variety of eating places with very good choice of food. Half hour from Marco Simone Golf Club. Terme on site. Good starting point to visit Rome and the surrounding area.

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and unfortunately, the room layouts have been very different. Some have showers, others have tubs...! The room is large enough, but not very comfortable. I recommend having all the lights checked, as some have wires that can make contact, or worse, in certain situations, even become dangerous.

The service was adequate, and the breakfast was fine. However, the hotel is very noisy and in a somewhat neglected state. Most people just wander around in their bathrobes. None of the tableware is sustainable.

Tivoli Terme has absolutely nothing to offer: just the spa.

Tivoli Terme has absolutely nothing to offer: just the spa. It can be a great base for visiting Tivoli's charming historic center, Villa d'Este, and Hadrian's Villa, both not to be missed, although they can only be reached by car. However, there's nothing else of interest near Tivoli. Two days are enough.
