The house is located in an residential zone which is close to the bus-stop and a bar. It is an excellent location for a relaxing vacation. The bedroom is clean and big and with all the necessary household items. It is as comfortable as you as your home. The landlady is so helpful and professional to provide all the necessary information about Assisi, so it is easily and quickly to settle down in an unfamiliar place. She is so kind and friendly to drive you to any scenic spots near by or far away. It is very convenient as there is limited public transports on Sunday and especially when there is no school during the summer holidays.

Excellent staff and very welcoming. Always willing to help when asked ie. restaurant bookings, travel advice, transport information etc. I had to extend my stay at late notice. Was no problem, and the hotel was able to meet the same rates as my original booking and teh bonus of not having to move rooms. I would strongly refer those travelling to Assisi to try this hotel. Until next time!

The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!
