Everything was wonderful – the house is bright, clean, with a stunning mountain view. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet, accompanied by the gentle sound of birdsong. The beds were very comfortable, so we rested well. The narrow entrance to the parking space was a bit challenging, but the public parking nearby was very convenient.

I liked a lot of things. Free parking on site, free room upgrade, excellent breakfast - quality and variety. The views from the hotel were awesome. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to enjoy the swimming pool or the beach due to cold weather.

Huge choice of hot and cold food for buffet breakfast, in a lovely dinning room. Waitress served a choice of hot drinks. The hotel is perfectly located for beach and the lido. Many bars and restaurants can be found locally. Great location to explore the coastal region. Train and ferry's are walking distance. We stayed in Jan - it was very unusually cold, but the hotel had good heating, and plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee could also be made in our room. The hotel had a good sitting area in the lobby to relax or meet friends.

A wonderful hotel with history. The highest level of service, attention and attitude towards clients. Yes, the hotel may have some imperfections in the decoration of the rooms - it is not new, but it definitely has the spirit of the old school five-star luxury hotels that you feel when you cross the threshold. Classic disign, paintings on the walls, waiters in the white uniform... For us - we really liked everything - the quality of the room, the bed, the view, the service. Very tasty breakfast. Well equipped gym, heated pool. Free parking. Will return here again with great pleasure.

The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

We loved the hotel, everthing was very convenient and thoughtful! We especially liked the coffee bar and the terrasse! The staff was super nice and breakfast was great, also with gluten-free and vegan options available!!
