"A fantastic place to relax and unwind. The staff was very friendly and respectful, always there when needed but never intrusive. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-organized. The interior of the hotel was contemporary looking. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful, and provided transportation services to different locations within close proximity (service charge). We used the transportation services to go to lake como (roughly 80 euro).
