The property exceeded our expectations. You’ve got everything you need, and only a short drive from Umbertide where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The terrace was amazing, the sun rises on one side (bedroom window side), and sets on the other side. There’s a bbq outside, which I wish I had time to use. Kitchen facilities, ironing, washing machine etc. you name it and it’s there. Paolo was great. Private parking space was really helpful. If you need a place in Umbertide, don’t think twice, just book here. If I ever come back to Umbertide then I would have to come back here, no questions.

The room, if a little bare, was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for the centre of Umbertide. We thought that a couple of glasses could have been supplied. The coffee machine and fridge were in a shared area with another room, so that on our last morning the coffee machine was blocked with used coffee capsules.

Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was remarkable, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our family. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need.     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Umbertide. The property itself was stunning and the host was great. The house itself was clean, spacious & had good amenities. We had use of the private pool (which had a stunning view) and it was never an issue securing a sun-bed. There are fans in every room, 2 bathrooms, good sized bedrooms & a kitchen full of lots of helpful things you’ll need if you plan to cook whilst you stay. The property felt incredibly safe, which was especially important travelling with our 3 year old.

    We've stayed twice at Vigne di Pace so far. It is the most beautiful place, run by lovely hosts. The rooms are filled with simple charm, and the old walls and staircases tell stories of the past. The kids love the pool, and I love the view across the vineyard. The place is secluded, but still, you're in town in less than five minutes (by car). Having breakfast in the morning in the yard is such a serene experience.

    prominent location on top of a hill, looking down the valley. great food quality for the breakfast, big room with amazing views. the decor is very nice. also the spa is good (a bit old in some points) but we’ll kept and clean. very close to Gubbio and the other towns in Umbria. ah also GREAT staff! super helpful
