Amazing barn conversion, with so much character. The staff is absolutely amazing, they couldn't do more to help. The food is incredible. We had dinner there three times and every time was excellent. The location is convenient for the Bernina Express, but we also went skiing to Aprica a couple of days and it was only 20 minutes from there. Bormio is also not far. The breakfast is so nice too, with plenty of choice of homemade cakes, local cheese and meats, yogurts and eggs. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had a great stay! Excellent communication with the host – fast, friendly, and very helpful throughout. The apartment was fully equipped: a spacious bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living room with a comfortable sofa. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the stunning mountain view made it a perfect place to relax. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

Highly recommend for a stay in Tirano! The property is situated very conveniently near to Tirano train station, where you can reach both Bernina and Milan easily. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, the property was spacious and clean, had a great stay.

the house was excellent:) big rooms, nice kitchen, so clean bathrooms , towels are nice . you will find everything that you need . by the way house is in old wine house so they will take you small trip in wine house :)) very big place , I will come again for sure . hotel 3 km to main train station and the owner guy took me to station with his own car, thank you man ☺️ very nice Italian family .

Great stay, very romantic, I was with my mother so that was less romantic! We wanted to stay in Stazzona as it was where our family originally came from and it was convenient for our family history research. Francesco met us at the front and was very lovely as we arrived very early so he showed me around and took our bags and my mother and I were going to look for the old family home. We thought everyone had moved away but when I mentioned the family name he knew exactly who we were talking about and gave us directions to the house. He took our bags upstairs for us while we were out (they are VERY heavy!). He gave us information about the area, a taxi drivers’ name and number and said to contact him first if we needed to go into the town and he may be able to take us if he was available. We did use the taxi driver, and he was great also, even picking us up very late after he had finished work. The room was very spacious and beautifully set out, clean, had an electric jug and coffee maker as well as teas and coffee pods etc. The bed, sheets and towels were soft and clean and there was bottled water left on the fridge for us as well. There was also a little book on the coffee table with some details of the family businesses which was a really nice touch. Francesco was around when we needed anything or replied straight away on booking.com messages but was not intrusive. We had amazing views out of the windows and there was a great breeze going through the room. It’s a lovely area and really nice to walk around, there are a number of drinking fountains in the area that have the best drinking water and very cold. Even without the family connection, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax, it was very peaceful!

Wow, what a unique hotel stay. Upgraded to apartment. Staff are lovely and very friendly. 400 Yr old buildings with lovely comfortable rooms with all amenities. Food in restaurant delicious. Tried local wine it was very nice. Lovely old bar. Great parking.Stayed here when taking Bermina express train tirano to St Moritz. Short drive.(2km) to station with free parking

We love everything there! Stefania was so nice to let's have late check in and her service was great! Food is beyond our expectation both for dinner and breakfast. So, delicious. The decoration of the room is so classic and clean. I would recommend Contrada Beltramelli for everyone who looking for hotel in Tirano.
