Hotel centrally located, we benefitted from free parking space in the hotel back yard, staff was very cordial and helpful, breakfast was very good, and also, the hotel has a very good restaurant, all of which made up our very positive experience.

This is our second time at this hotel and we loved it both times. The staff are very nice and helpful. We have two young children and the room was perfect, two big beds and a child's cot for the toddler. Breakfast is simple but good and the dining room is also very nice with lots of light. The hotel and rooms are clean and modernized. I would not classify it as an extravagant hotel, but it is smartly decorated and the lobby is attractive and relaxed with nice rugs and chairs. There's a big patio outside of the lobby and the whole atmosphere is very comfortable. I especially like the honesty system bar where you can help yourself to a drink by simply writing your room number. There's also a nice pool and outside area with great landscaping and a beautiful old olive tree. This was a big draw for us and we spent lots of time relaxing with the kids by the pool after trips in and outside of the city. As for location, we did not know very much about Rovereto before coming here. We picked it because it is well located between both the mountains and Lake Garda. It is a great jumping off point for day trips. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from the train station which will get even easier once the passage under the highway is finally fully finished. But I would say Rovereto itself is quite an underrated and charming town. There are excellent art galleries, including the Futurism museum, and nice parks with playgrounds. The city, being small, has a laid-back vibe and there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Once in the city it's easy to walk everywhere. You could easily just spend a few days here relaxing and exploring, and indeed, the small size is one of the draws compared to more busy tourist cities like Verona. The only thing that surprised me is how much traffic there is during rush hour!

We used this hotel as a basecamp for visiting the nearby mountains and villages. It is placed in a convenient location, close to petrol station, shops and restaurants. Personel is very kind, rooms are clean and well mantained.

The hotel has a private parking. We came slightly earlier than our booking but they let us check in. The gentleman on the reception was really nice, polite and helpful. He explained everything to us. We stayed for one night only and it was on Monday when most of the amenities in the town were closed along with the restaurant(pizzaria) near the hotel, but the receptionist helped us when he told us where to have a nice proper dinner. We had a nice walk to the town centre and then had a wonderful Italian pizzaria experience 🙂 The room was nice and clean. Has what you need - beds and bathroom 🙂 The beds were really comfortable! We liked our stay in the hotel! Thank you

The Il Geranio is a B&B with two flats situated in the second floor of a quite common building in the busy center of ROVERETO, operated by charming lady Luisella and her two cozy old Labrador retriever dogs. There is a high-end bike shop located in the basement of that building where you always have the pleasure to pass by when walking to the private car park just around the corner of that building. Despite the business of that part of Rovereto we did not notice any traffic noise inside the building, apart from the sound of incredibly strong wind in these special days at the end of October. The beauty and friendliness of host lady L. consistently carries over to her flat decoration and breakfast setting etc which means you feel, at least nearly, at home.

A small, cozy town for those looking for peace and quiet. The botanical garden is beautiful! Rovereto is a few minutes away by car, and from the station there you can reach many other cities (Trento, Verona) by avoiding the busy highways.

Excellent location, just steps from Rovereto. The price was good compared to other options. The room was small, but considering the length of our stay, it was fine. Very quiet, and the room was spotless.

Wonderful staff,the whole family is so helpful and sweet! You can really feel the passion they put into their hotel, especially Valeria! Great breakfast with lots of homemade treats. The view from the terrace is beautiful,lavender and rosemary everywhere. The room was clean and the beds comfy. The temperature drops during the night, that was super convenient for a good sleep during the hot summer day.
