They were available and welcomed us at 10pm checkin, for which we were grateful. Even have elevator. Breakfast was in lovely Breakfast room with kind waiter. The area seemed safe and clean.

Fantastic location as we came by train; literally just across the road from the station. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was perfect; clean, inviting and comfortable. Despite our late arrival the night porter was there to greet us. Our room was lovely - airy, clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, too . Breakfast the next morning was exceptional! There was so much choice, catering for every taste and need, from scrambled eggs to croissants to yoghurts, seeds and fruit. The hotel was ideally situated for continuing on our journey. The perfect stopover!

This is a delightful hotel with the most amazing and helpful staff. The whole building has been tastefully renovated and rooms are lovely. The property is just off a main route out of Florence, which makes it easy to get to Florence, Pisa, Chianti region and the rest of Tuscany - as long as you have transport. Breakfasts were very good with inside and outside seating. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and gazebos. They have a little spa facility and they bring in an outstanding masseuse if you book. I like a good massage and we live in Thailand, yet this is one of the best massages we have ever experienced - I had hot stone and my wife had office syndrome and acupressure. You are a 10-20 minute journey from the main trainline (depending on the station you want to go from) and this runs Florence-Pisa and beyond (train system is excellent too). Incredible restaurant just across the road, so don't be put off by not having a restaurant on-site. There is a bar service in the hotel so you can have drinks - alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffee, etc. I think that is a 24 hour service?
