This accommodation is situated in a secured gated community with a 'breathtaking' view of the sea very close to the villa. On arrival we found the access to the property very straight forward and felt the host did a great job with making sure we were alright and was quick answering any of our calls or messages. We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, with decent sized rooms, equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning, not to mention the most comfortable high beds, with stools provided nearby. It really was a pleasant stay, the garden was well-maintained and the pool/gym area wasn't too far a walk either. I would recommend this place to couples, families or anyone visiting Jamaica for the first time.

The penthouse is beautiful in a nice gated community at the edge of Ocho Rios. The view is unmatched and the house is nice and clean. The location is ideal for visiting the Blue Hole, Dunn's rivers, Mystic Mountain etc.

We loved how the property was secure, welcoming and always clean. From the rooms, the decor, to the little amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, not to mention, the staff and the owner who made sure we were comfortable and taken care of every step of the way, it was a really amazing experience.

Everything!! This studio has several great thing to have in mind. 1. The view! Is Gorgeous and is really nice to have a balcony with this view. 2. The condominium is quiet and far enough from the noise of hotel zone but close enough to everything! 3. The owner and the host are always checking on guests if there’s anything they need. Very helpful if you don’t know how to turn on the AC. By the way they just change for a new A/C that works perfect. 3. You will find all the tools to cook, there’s to hot water , refrigerate and an electric grill that’s is great is you want to prepare your breakfast. Bathroom is beautiful, lots of towels for pool and shower. 4. The people that works on the area condominium are very kind and helpful is you has something to ask. Blue mountain is a nice tour to make a bicycle ride they offer food and coffee bring a poncho or something for the rain there is always a little of rain. Dunns river fall is also a nice experience and is very close from the apartment. I will recommend our friend Stalin that was amazing with us driving us to all the tours , good places to eat and buy groceries, he know all the area very well and was incredible helping us to any questions about the places we want to visit. There are tours that is better to go this way you have an agent like Stalin that can take you everywhere without having to worry about timing tours and crowded groups.     Saint Ann’s Bay isn’t bad just make sure you have a driver or know how to get around by taxi or the bus. The club,1212 was very nice the VIP lounge was the best. The cook shops in Saint Ann’s Bay were great but Chefaloo Restaurant was the best the cook came out talked to me and the food was always fresh.

    I love the quietness and homeliness of it.

    I love the quietness and homeliness of it. There are mountain view and even a bird sanctuary nearby. The only downside was the road to the property. It was a bit rough and might not be easy to access. I had no problems though.
