Staff is really nice. First my boyfriend asked at reception (in secret) to surprise me for my birthday and they really delivered with cake and a nice letter. Also asked them if we could have breakfast a little bit earlier so we can go to Petra as early as possible and again they arranged it without any problems.

Everything was great The property has an amazing view, it's new, clean and well organized with every amenity you need. The staff is helpful and even arranges breakfast early in a to-go box. The people there care about enhancing your experience. Breakfast was good The manager even wanted to update the breakfast as per our preferences.Highly recommend.

The owner was extremely friendly and nice! We absolutely liked the room and the terrace because everything was also very clean. We sadly lost our room card and got a new one for free which was truly kind of them. The location is also quite good as it’s on a hill and you have a beautiful view over the city with a sunset. It was possible to park our car in front of the building as it was a private parking. The owner always made sure we are doing well and offered us a big take away breakfast as we left early to Petra. Was wonderful! At the end I forgot my headphones and they informed me immediately by WhatsApp about the lost. To sum up it was a 5 star stay and we would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection of fresh regional dishes — everything is fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant, are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the waiter Aseel, who was exceptionally kind and professional. A wonderful stay overall! Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, everything was perfect, the room is super spacious, clean and beautiful. Private bathroom, nice breakfast every morning . They have parking space right in front of the property. 5 Minute drive from Petra visitor center

There are very nice and comfortable room. They serve excellent breaflakst and diner. I suggest to take diner after visiting Petra becouse it is the best ofer which you can choose there and very good price for that. City centar is in 3 min.by walking, so location is very good but also quet.

The staff is highly helpful and kind. The room is big and clean. The beds are so comfortable and the shower is the best shower in my life - it has very strong pressure and everything is new! the shower in this 3 stars hotel was better than in 5 stars hotel we have stayed later in Amman. Thank you for your kind hospitality and your help.
