The view from the rooftop is awesome. You can see the whole of historical site. The breakfast was great - eggs, cheese, fruit, hummus, honey, two jams, crepe. Mr Tunis, the owner of the hotel goes out of the way to make your stay pleasant. Best hotel in Jerash. Absolutely good value for money. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally neat and well-maintained, with everything spotless and organized, which made my stay very comfortable. It was a beautiful trip to Jordan, and the Jerash Hotel was a very wonderful hotel. The staff is very nice, and the view was wonderful. The Roman ruins of Jerash were all in front of you. I opened the curtains and looked at the view. On the fifth floor, they have a very beautiful location with everything. It was called Al-Zaytouna, and it was overlooking the Jerash Mountains and the ruins of Jerash. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Jerash Hotel, I promise you that I will repeat it again ❤️👌🏻

The recepcionist Sana'a was so, so kind and helpfull! And so kind!. We arrived later and so tired, that she gave us the best room in the hotel . It was amazing! We felt very welcome. It was like staying with family only better. Achmed was so very helpful and friendly. I was welcomed like a brother. We had some great conversations and laughter and ventured out in downtown having coffee and mansaff (highly recommended) with other guests. Also I had an issue with my flight to cairo which was quickly and efficiently rebooked by Achmed at 4.00 am enabling me to keep to my travel plans. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend it to everyone. Thanks my younger brother!
