Exceptional, very clean, hotel staff were very helpful, especially ahmad and osama, they were very caring for my wife and I from the first moment we arrived and became even more caring and accommodating when we told them she is pregnant, gave us great advice about visiting Petra given her situation . location was perfect. The hotel was clean, cosy and most importantly the staff were so accommodating! They couldn’t do enough for us - the manager helped us plan our journey to the Petra ruins, he even drew us a map for how we could get the best out of our tour. The room was so clean, there was plenty of warm water for a hot shower after a long day and the temperature was lovely (we had a stay somewhere else where it was so cold, so this was amazing!)! They even called our room to make sure we got our breakfast as we had slept in, and cooked us omelettes from scratch when we wanted more eggs. Honestly, this hotel and the staff (especially the lovely man at the desk who I think was the owner/manager) made our time in Jordan so amazing. The location is also excellent and the parking was great. I will definitely return!!

Infinity Lodge was magical. Everything from the best location with views of Petra to being close to the main sites. A family run accommodation with an authentic Jordanian feel. Say yes to the dinner, absolutely fabulous, what a way to unwind after a big day. The room was comfortable, all the staff so welcoming & friendly, fairly priced, only downside is we wished we would’ve stayed longer.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with great kindness and professionalism. Raja at the front desk not only efficiently handled the check-in process but also took the time to explain all the amenities and services available at the hotel. The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. They were always willing to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations on places to visit in the city. Their passion for their work and genuine interest in guest satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. Hosaifa, on the other hand, was always attentive. His friendly attitude and professionalism were exceptional. He was constantly attentive to my needs and asking if I needed anything.
