I heard about this hotel from a friend who stayed here recently. Although I usually don't like trying new hotels, my experience here exceeded all expectations. I felt comfortable during my one-night stay and wished I had time to stay another night. In the evening, we were served homemade desserts, and the owner took us on a simple ride in his private car around the city, stopping at a viewpoint to watch the beautiful sunset. It was an unforgettable experience.

Everything! Will rate 11 if i could. Service from check in to check out was impeccable. Room was clean and comfortable, seems to be newly renovated. There were complimentary snacks and water refilled everyday. Breakfast had a very good spread as well. Very attentive staff.

The camp was great !!! We loved the location, the ambiance at night, the music and the buffet ! We also did 2 activities that they offer, the camel ride at sunset and the tour of 6 hours in jeep ! The experiences are unforgettable, everyone was so kind !

The price is amazing. For dinner, night and breakfast. The meals are on time with Petra opening. The dinner starts before Petra by Night and the breakfast is on time to enter Petra right when it opens. Its the best option to get the most from Petra. Its a 5mn walk for the entrance.

Great find! Very new, super comfortable, great shower and comfy bed. CLose to Petra entrance (strongly suggest you drive as the walk back would all be uphill). They made us a great take away breakfast since we left early. Also a differentiator is that this hotel is very close to several good restaurants, and importantly you can walk as its all level ground, Highly recommend. Staff is great and helpful

The location is great for those visiting Petra - it's less than a few minutes to the entrance (only the Movenpick beats it). Hotel is very new with clean and fresh bedrooms. Overall, everyone was very helpful - Ahmed was great. Plus the 7 JOD packed lunch comes in very handy for Petra where everything is overpriced and underwhelming.

Our day in Wadi Musa was truly unforgettable — exploring Petra from sunrise to sunset felt like stepping into another world. The walk through the Siq, that first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, the climb up countless steps to viewpoints… every bit of it was worth the aching legs. By evening, the city glowed with desert colors and we wrapped up the night with sore feet, full hearts, and endless photos.

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers!

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers! Locals were very pushy. At first they are overly friendly, but this quickly turns to rude and aggressive if you don't tip, they will lie about directions and then insist they be your guide. Even if you say no they ask for Tip. You just need to be aware of your surroundings and try not to let the scammers bother you.

I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert...

I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert landscape, and its closeness to Petra. If anything “could be better,” it would simply be having even more time to explore and enjoy everything the town and Petra has to offer. Ask about the transfer that drops you off at the top near the Monastery - this saves you walking up and then back down the same route.

Petra was the main highlight.

Petra was the main highlight. I would recommend spending at least 2 days here since 1 day isn't enough to capture the full experience. We ate at an excellent restaurant called "My mother's recipe" which had the most excellent food we ate in all of Jordan. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so be prepared for a lot of uphill walking unless you get a taxi or a rental car.

Everything was perfect, I recommend everyone to stay at least 2 days , city is lively, full of restaurants and shops like a beach cities in Europe so it’s good to have a time to spend in the city and enjoy your journey ! Don’t forget to go to the cave restaurant which is just before the entrance of Petra visit center , an amazing cave

This is a must visit place.

This is a must visit place. The natural beauty, Petra and rest of the nabatean ruins are out of the world. trek to the monastery is worth the effort. It will be uncomfortable in summer You need to spend at least two days. Petra at night is the most amazing experience. The views from Petra to wadi Rum is spectacular. Absolutely on everyone’s bucket list Food, Jordanian people and hospitality is wonderful. It is a safe place!!!

We were “upgraded” to the Movenpick Petra in Wadi Musa with less than 24 hours notice. This was not what we wanted nor was it expected and we weren’t given any options. we had already spent 2 nights in a wonderful family hotel in Wadi Musa and were looking forward to a night of luxury out of town. So we did not feel it was an “Upgrade” to be moved to a hotel in town. Consequently I have no idea about the Nabatean Castle Hotel. the staff in Wadi Musa Movenpick were all courteous and the hotel is adequate.

Petra Guest House Hotel – special We carefully chose this hotel for its location and facilities and over 3 nights it did not disappoint. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Great room (with a balcony overlooking the mountains). Tremendous staff: On the front desk Hanadi and Ibrahm Hanza really helpful (arranged a difficult transit in bad weather to Wadi Rum with driver Ahmed). Amer and the Cave Bar crew (including Zayed) and restaurant team. Omar exceptional. All first class.

This family run hotel is located close and in walking distance to Petra Visitor Centre. The hotel is on a hill with a nice view over Wadi Musa. Small garden with a patio where breakfast and dinner are served. The room has a good size and everything was clean. The owner Belal is a really friendly guy who was always welcoming and very helpful in organising my visit to Petra. I had a great time!
