Staying at the Petra Premium Hotel was an extremely wonderful experience. Each of our needs was swiftly met by the staff, who were incredibly courteous and attentive. Perfect housekeeping was maintained throughout our stay. Manager Ahmad provided us with excellent assistance during our stay and was very kind and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again—it's my favourite hotel in Petra.

This hotel was great. The staff were all amazing. We were treated like VIPs. The room was lovely and clean. Turndown service in the evening included new towels and treats. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was located just across from the main Petra gate and just around the corner from nice restaurants and shops. Dinner service was quite good.

The stuff was so kind and friendly. When we came they gave us tee and on the last day they also gifted us souvenirs. The receptionist is one of the kindest people I've ever met. Breakfast was fine.

Everything was perfect. The room was large and clean. The hotel is 3 minutes from the entrance to Petra, so the location is very convenient. Dinner and breakfast times were always respected. Both breakfast and dinner were very plentiful and the food was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, they even booked the tickets for Petra by night for us. We had a great time.

Our day in Wadi Musa was truly unforgettable — exploring Petra from sunrise to sunset felt like stepping into another world. The walk through the Siq, that first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, the climb up countless steps to viewpoints… every bit of it was worth the aching legs. By evening, the city glowed with desert colors and we wrapped up the night with sore feet, full hearts, and endless photos.

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers!

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers! Locals were very pushy. At first they are overly friendly, but this quickly turns to rude and aggressive if you don't tip, they will lie about directions and then insist they be your guide. Even if you say no they ask for Tip. You just need to be aware of your surroundings and try not to let the scammers bother you.

I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert...

I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert landscape, and its closeness to Petra. If anything “could be better,” it would simply be having even more time to explore and enjoy everything the town and Petra has to offer. Ask about the transfer that drops you off at the top near the Monastery - this saves you walking up and then back down the same route.

Petra was the main highlight.

Petra was the main highlight. I would recommend spending at least 2 days here since 1 day isn't enough to capture the full experience. We ate at an excellent restaurant called "My mother's recipe" which had the most excellent food we ate in all of Jordan. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so be prepared for a lot of uphill walking unless you get a taxi or a rental car.

Everything was perfect, I recommend everyone to stay at least 2 days , city is lively, full of restaurants and shops like a beach cities in Europe so it’s good to have a time to spend in the city and enjoy your journey ! Don’t forget to go to the cave restaurant which is just before the entrance of Petra visit center , an amazing cave

This is a must visit place.

This is a must visit place. The natural beauty, Petra and rest of the nabatean ruins are out of the world. trek to the monastery is worth the effort. It will be uncomfortable in summer You need to spend at least two days. Petra at night is the most amazing experience. The views from Petra to wadi Rum is spectacular. Absolutely on everyone’s bucket list Food, Jordanian people and hospitality is wonderful. It is a safe place!!!

This is an absolute hidden gem in Wadi Musa. The manager, Rasheed, is the kindest person we met in Jordan (and there is a lot of competition for that!). There is nothing that he cant do for you, and it really makes your experience and stay all the better. He even allowed us to go to Petra first thing in the morning by providing a lunch box as a replacement for breakfast (not all hotels in the area do this). The room was really spacious and clean, and the location is about 15/20 minute walk to Petra entrance.

Value for money - it's a new hotel so everything is really clean and nice. We booked this hotel because It's a lot cheaper than the 5star hotels in Petra. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the entrance to Petra. We didn't mind coz we had rented a car. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast was pretty basic but quality of food was really good. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which was such a nice surprise!!

The staff here are absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels I have stayed in for service. First night we arrived very late and they brought a beautiful spread of dinner to our room. They accommodated requested quickly. The free shuttle service to Petra is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner included, both were nice.

The hotel is very close to Petra (15 minutes walk) and all good places to eat in Wadi Musa. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. very good conditions. Amman and their family are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offered us free transfer to Petra and back.
