The best point for us is there are laundry machines available on the 2F. Also, the location is near Atami station, which is a plus for people carrying their baggages.

The rain leaked badly!

The rain leaked badly! My bag got soaked 😡 and all my clothes were gone 😡 Luckily, I didn't have my tablet in the bag... but if I had and it had broken, would I have been compensated? The rain leaked so badly that puddles formed. If the owner knew there was a leak and still rented it out to guests, they should have said something about the leak, otherwise it would be a disaster! They must have known it had been leaking for a long time! ️When I looked closely at the area, I saw that the flooring had discolored and was covered in duct tape. Even though the price was cheap, this trip was disappointing.

We stayed in early March, and the weather was very nice.

We stayed in early March, and the weather was very nice. Although it was chilly in the mornings and evenings, we were able to enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The accommodation cost was 8,000 yen per night for two people. Because it's an old building, there were some small damages and the shutters didn't open all the way, but the facilities themselves were excellent, and the view was great. On this day, I was able to see the full moon and the shadows of the mountains as I opened the window while soaking in the bath. The room was spacious, and I slept in a Japanese-style room on the second floor, but I woke up to the dazzling warmth of the morning sun. Since this is a rental villa with no face-to-face contact, proper etiquette is important. Please clean up and tidy up properly before leaving.

I think cleaning is a courtesy to the guests, so I wish they'd vacuum the room. The wooden chairs are broken, the rice cooker is old and slow, the vacuum cleaner doesn't pick up the garbage because there's too much of it, towels from the front are in the washing machine and socks are drying outside, which is kind of creepy. There's oil from the front that's turned brown, and although there's heating, it's cold. There are basic necessities, but someone else had booked the same inn, which was also shocking. I don't know if it's the website or the property that manages it that's the problem, but it was really shocking. I didn't take any photos, but the view outside the barbecue was quite different to the photos on the website, so I gave up and stayed there.
