I stayed there mainly because the bus to the ski resort stopped right in front. So for the convenience, it was perfect. I loved that the toilet and the shower were separate. The bathroom was spacious. Restaurants, konbini and the Otaru Station was minutes away by foot (altho it might be slightly challenging to walk from the station with snow and luggage). Coin laundry on site was a sure plus.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, big shower, access to clean and nice public bath, extremely helpful receptionists who managed easily our non-standard trip - thank you!!! I forgot, there was also large variety for breakfast - from local cousin to international choices. The breakfast was very smartly scheduled to avoid queues!

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bathhouse was so relaxing, and the public area outside the bath was beautifully designed with great atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience — absolutely worth staying!
